EmpowerEd’s fast-paced expansion resulted in inconsistent processes and a lack of standardization across their newly acquired brands. Numerous manual, disconnected processes hindered progress, and they were eager to address these inefficiencies.
Additionally, with increasing industry regulations and compliance requirements, EmpowerEd needed to stay ahead of regulatory changes while maintaining the agility and customer focus that formed the core of their business.

EmpowerEd and Arcturus Technology shared a commitment to combining global reach with flexibility, making this partnership a natural fit. Since November 2020, Arcturus Technology has worked closely with EmpowerEd to integrate Microsoft 365 solutions, transforming their operational processes and communication systems.
Office 365 Automation and Integration – Arcturus Technology assisted EmpowerEd in leveraging Microsoft Power Automate and PowerApps to automate workflows across key business functions. This integration resulted in over 30 streamlined processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency across Merchant Services, Consumer Services, and Risk Management.
Cloud Collaboration and Communication – Arcturus Technology led the migration of EmpowerEd’s document management, internal communication, and collaboration systems to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. This move enabled seamless collaboration across departments, with real-time document sharing and integrated communication tools, resulting in more efficient project management and quicker response times.
